<div class="texte"><p class="spip">Je suis un professeur d’enseignement secondaire. Le directeur m’a notifié mon licenciement pour négligence professionnelle. Mais personne ne m’a reproché une certaine négligence. Alors, pour mieux se défendre, je me suis rapporté à ma Convention collective, sur le site convention-collective-fr.com. Et, j’ai constaté q’un licenciement pour faute professionnelle ne peut intervenir qu’après deux avertissements écrits. Or, le directeur ne m’a pas averti. J’ai pu confronter mon directeur et réclamer mon réintégration à cause de l’invalidité de la procédure du licenciement. Enfin, il a accepté de me réemployer. Dès lors, je suis devenu très attentif à ma conduite pour éviter les reproches, et préserver mon poste que j’ai risqué de perdre.</p>
<h3 class="spip">Indemnisation de maladie nécessitant une ancienneté</h3>
<p class="spip">Je suis un salarié dans un établissement d’enseignement à distance. J’ai dû m’absenter à cause d’une maladie. J’ai envoyé un certificat médical à mon employeur, le lendemain de mon absence. A la fin du premier mois d’absence je m’attendais au versement d’une indemnité. Mais, je n’ai rien eu. Alors, je me suis référé à ma Convention collective pour savoir la raison, je l’ai consultée sur le site convention-collective-fr.com. Et j’ai constaté que le versement des indemnisations à cause d’une maladie non professionnelle nécessite une ancienneté de deux ans, or j’ai une ancienneté d’un an et trois mois. Heureusement que mon absence n’a pas dépassé les deux mois et j’ai pu reprendre mon poste.</p>
